Terms of Service – HGDE MatchGrid

1. Provider and scope

HGDE MatchGrid is provided by HGDE Studio, owner Karl Grosz, George-Washington-Straße 239, 68309 Mannheim, Germany. These terms apply to merchants using the app. Shopify's own terms apply in addition.

2. The service

The app provides two building blocks for the online store: a finder that guides shoppers through image cards to products, collections or links, and bundles that let shoppers add several products to the cart as a set. Discounts are applied through Shopify's own discount features. Scope and limits depend on the plan.

3. Pricing and billing

Billing runs entirely through Shopify and appears on the merchant's Shopify invoice. Current prices and limits are shown in the App Store and inside the app. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial; cancel within that time and nothing is charged. Plans can be changed at any time.

4. Merchant responsibilities

The merchant is responsible for the content they add to the app, in particular images and texts and the rights to use them. Discounts they configure must comply with the price display rules that apply to them.

5. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee a specific availability. Maintenance or incidents at Shopify or the hosting provider may cause interruptions. The blocks placed in the store keep working independently of the app server as long as the app is installed.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded.

7. Term and cancellation

The subscription runs monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time in the Shopify admin. Uninstalling ends the use of the app; the finders and bundles stored in the merchant's store remain there.

8. Changes

We may change these terms with effect for the future. We announce material changes by email or inside the app.

9. Governing law

German law applies. If the merchant is a business, the place of jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany.
